Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their property. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to emergencies, and a commitment to upholding security protocols.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV and other monitoring equipment.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, applying first aid or CPR as necessary.
- Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Assist in conflict management and resolution when necessary.
- Report any suspicious activity or breaches of security to the appropriate authorities.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when required for investigations or incidents.
- Participate in training sessions related to loss prevention and security measures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related fields is preferred.
- Knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV) and monitoring equipment is essential.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
