Job Overview
The Roving Security Officer is responsible for patrolling and monitoring all areas of a luxury high-rise condominium in Sunny Isles. This position ensures the safety and security of residents, guests, and property by conducting regular foot patrols, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding promptly to incidents or emergencies. The officer also enforces building policies, assists with access control, and provides a visible security presence to deter unauthorized activity. Strong communication, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
