Vinson Hall (VH), a premier Continuing Care Retirement Community, located in beautiful McLean, VA is currently seeking an energetic team player to join our team as our Security Guard (unarmed). If caring for older adults is your passion, we are looking for YOU!

High school diploma preferred.

Good communication skills.

Must have ability to respond effectively to emergency situations.
- Accurate record keeping ability required.
The Security Guard position is responsible for the security of our residents, guests, vendors and staff of Vinson Hall.
Primary Functions & Responsibility include:

Complete Daily Activity Log & Reports.

Perform all operations of the front desk/Concierge. Greet visitors, obtain signatures for all necessary sign in/out logs from visitors sign-in and sign-out, and announces guests to residents; answers phones; and monitors security camera images.

Inspect all exit doors are properly shutting/securing.
- Patrol all parking areas.

Monitor fire and emergency panic alarm systems on a daily basis
