**SECURITY GUARD**
Job Description
The primary responsibility of the security guard position is to monitor and control access onto the facility.
Additional Responsibilities
- Keep a log of all vehicles and deliveries entering the facility
- Monitor and record data from ovens and freezers
- Assist the oven managers as a safety backup
- Monitor and record temperatures of climate controlled
buildings
- Monitor fire alarms for all buildings
- Close and secure all doors after last work shift leaves
- Unlock doors before the start of the work day
- Ability to identify and report safety violations
- Turn off specific lights throughout the Facility
- Monitor and record data related to dock activity
- Accept and off load evening and weekend deliveries to
receiving dept
Skills/Experience
- 2+ years' experience working as a security guard. Experience working at a gated facility preferred.
- Forklift experience preferred
- Must be able to work a rotating schedule. Guard shift hours include days, nights and weekends.
