Northbrook Behavioral Health Hospital is looking for a Full-Time Security Guard for 1st shift, 8AM-4PM FRIDAY TO MONDAY (4 DAYS) WITH TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY OFF to join our team of professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a secure and safe environment
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems
- Enforce property rules and regulations to prevent unauthorized access
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify potential security risks or hazards
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of any security-related incidents
Experience:
- Previous experience in a security-related role is preferred
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Knowledge of conflict management techniques and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Understanding of law enforcement procedures and protocols
- Experience in surveillance
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $19.00 per hour to start
Expected hours: 32 hours per week
