Laine Federal has an immediate need for a Security Guard to undertake the surveillance of our premises and protection of our staff and visitors. You will be responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts or other criminal behavior. The ideal candidate will inspire respect and authority as well as possess a high level of observation.
Responsibilities
- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
- Report any suspicious activities when necessary to the local authorities.
- Address non-compliant persons and have them removed and trespassed by law enforcement
- Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions
- Submit reports of daily important occurrences
Skills
- 1 + years experience as security officer or guard (Preferred)
- Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety(Preferred)
- Excellent surveillance and observation skills
- High School diploma or equivalency is required
***Must be able to work M-F 5pm- 11pm***
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
