Position Summary:
Weiser Security Services is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Truck Gate Security Officer for a full-time morning shift in Fairburn, GA. This role is essential to maintaining site safety, managing truck traffic, and ensuring compliance with facility protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor truck entry and exit at designated gate points
- Verify driver credentials, load documentation, and delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate logs of vehicle movements and visitor information
- Conduct visual inspections of incoming and outgoing vehicles
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors, dispatch, and drivers
- Respond to security incidents and enforce site policies professionally
- Provide courteous customer service while maintaining a secure environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid security license (as required by Georgia regulations)
- Prior experience in gate security, logistics, or transportation preferred
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Ability to work outdoors and remain alert during early morning hours
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Basic proficiency with tablets or computers for logging and reporting
