We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. Responsibilities
- Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, ensuring the safety of all individuals on-site.
- Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, equipment, and access points to ensure security measures are in place.
- Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences for management review.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary and assist in investigations as required.
- Provide first aid and CPR assistance when needed, ensuring immediate care is given in emergencies.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures, including loss prevention strategies.
- Experience with surveillance systems (CCTV) and monitoring equipment.
- Ability to manage conflicts effectively with strong conflict management skills.
- Background in law enforcement or military service is preferred but not required.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail to identify potential security threats.
