Job Summary
Hawaii Detective & Guard is seeking dedicated and professional Rover Security Guards to join our growing team. This is a long-term, full-time position for individuals who are committed to excellence in the security field. As a Rover, you will support multiple client locations, providing safety and security while adapting to various environments and schedules. Weekly schedules vary, with opportunities to work both day and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site security at assigned locations for each shift.
- Patrol and monitor premises to deter unauthorized activity and ensure a safe environment.
- Enforce property rules, regulations, and safety procedures.
- Monitor and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations.
- Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed incident and daily activity reports.
- Deliver professional customer service while representing HD&G’s high standards.
Requirements
- Valid Hawaii Guard Card required.
- Minimum of 2 years of full-time security experience required.
- Reliable transportation to travel between sites.
- Ability to work flexible schedules (day, night, weekends, and holidays as needed).
- Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $25 per hour.
- Position Type: Full-Time, Long-Term.
- Shifts: Day and night shifts available. Weekly schedules vary depending on site needs.
- Overtime opportunities may be available.
