The Opportunity
As a Security Officer at ALK Global Security, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their properties. Reporting to the Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for a range of essential security duties, utilizing your skills in vigilance, conflict management, and emergency response.
Key Responsibilities
- Patrol and Monitoring: Actively patrol and monitor premises to detect and deter unauthorized activity, theft, and vandalism.
- Policy Enforcement: Enforce client and company security policies and procedures with professionalism and consistency.
- Emergency Response: Respond effectively and promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents.
- Incident Management: Utilize core skills in security and conflict management to address and de-escalate incidents.
- Specialized Skills: Apply premium skills in first aid, law enforcement, and surveillance techniques to enhance security and response capabilities.
- Reporting: Document daily activities, irregularities, and significant occurrences clearly and accurately.
Qualifications and Requirements
Required Experience and Certification:
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a security or related field.
- Must possess a valid Security Guard Card (or equivalent state-mandated certification).
Essential Requirements:
- Dependability: Proven track record of reliability and commitment to assigned shifts.
- Availability: Must have open availability, including the ability to work weekends and night shifts.
- Transportation: Must possess reliable transportation to ensure punctuality and attendance.
- Immediate Start: Position available for an immediate start.
Work Schedule
We are hiring for the following full-time (40 hours per week) shifts, beginning October 15th:

- Shift 2: 22:00-0600
- Competitive compensation based on experience.
