Job Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our residents, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to emergencies, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.
Duties
- Monitor premises through surveillance systems and regular patrols to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and ensure safety within the facility.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing assistance as necessary.
- Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, and grounds, and to identify potential security risks.
Requirements
- Certification from BSIS is required.
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with operating CCTV systems and other security equipment is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with patrolling and securing premises.
