Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to alarms or suspicious activities, escalating issues according to established protocols.
- Assist in emergency situations by providing first aid or CPR when necessary and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and visitor records to ensure accurate documentation.
- Perform visual inspections of premises, fences, gates, and surrounding areas to identify vulnerabilities or hazards.
- Support loss prevention efforts by observing for theft or vandalism and reporting any suspicious behavior.
Skills
- Strong understanding of surveillance techniques using CCTV systems.
- Knowledge of conflict management strategies to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
- Ability to perform basic first aid and CPR to assist injured individuals until emergency services arrive.
- Familiarity with law enforcement procedures relevant to security roles.
- Experience or background in military or law enforcement fields is a plus for understanding security protocols.
- Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and the public.
- Ability to remain alert during long shifts while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
