Position Overview

We are currently seeking a professional Overnight Security Guard to join our elite team. The ideal candidate will maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, and staff during overnight hours. This role requires strong observation skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine patrols of property premises (interior and exterior) throughout the night.
Monitor surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and access points.
Respond promptly to security incidents, disturbances, and emergencies.
Complete daily activity and incident reports accurately before end of shift.
Enforce property rules and regulations with professionalism and respect.
Provide courteous assistance to residents and visitors.
Perform key control, package verification, and parking enforcement when needed.
Communicate any maintenance or safety hazards to management.
Conduct proper shift pass-downs and maintain accountability of all equipment.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of security or law enforcement experience preferred.
Must possess a valid Florida Class D Security License (Class G a plus).
Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
Must be available for overnight and weekend shifts.
