Duties
- Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to oversee activity and identify potential security threats.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter unauthorized access and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Verify the identity of visitors, contractors, and employees, controlling access points with professionalism and courtesy.
- Respond swiftly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
- Manage conflict situations calmly and effectively, de-escalating issues to maintain a peaceful environment.
- Perform first aid and CPR when necessary, providing immediate assistance in medical emergencies.
- Maintain detailed logs of security activities, incidents, and inspections for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in security or law enforcement roles is highly desirable.
- Certification in first aid, CPR, or emergency response is preferred; willingness to obtain these certifications is a plus.
- Strong surveillance skills with familiarity using CCTV systems and other security technology.
- Knowledge of conflict management techniques to handle tense situations professionally.
- Background in military or law enforcement service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail during patrols and inspections.

Pay: $21.72 - $26.15 per hour
