Job Summary
DSI Security Services is seeking a National Account Manager to oversee multi-site security operations for a large client portfolio based out of the West Chester, PA area.
This role primarily works day shift, Monday through Friday; however, candidates must be flexible to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as operational needs arise.
Key Responsibilities
Account & Site Management
- Oversee daily security operations at assigned client locations
- Partner with client leadership, Site Supervisors, and DSI management
- Ensure proper staffing, training, and equipment at all sites
- Provide coverage for open posts as needed
- Review daily activity reports for accuracy and completeness
- Manage uniforms, equipment, vehicles, and supplies
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and audits
- Maintain knowledge of client and site-specific SOPs
- Coordinate coverage for remote sites and special events
- Travel to sites to support initiatives and operational needs
- Support invoicing and ensure timely client billing
- Assign and manage system access (Workday, Genetec)
Personnel Management
- Interview, onboard, and train security personnel
- Oversee ongoing training and compliance requirements
- Manage scheduling to optimize coverage and control overtime
- Enforce DSI policies, Code of Ethics, and Uniform Standards
- Support retention initiatives and employee engagement
- Communicate regularly with site supervisors
- Conduct performance evaluations and manage disciplinary actions
- Monitor completion of client-required training
Qualifications
- Account management experience required
- Contract security management experience strongly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Organized, proactive leader with strong time-management skills
- Customer-service driven with relationship-building ability
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must meet all pre-employment requirements
