- Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Report any suspicious activities or security breaches to the appropriate authorities.
- Assist in conflict management and de-escalation of tense situations.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities and incidents.
- Operate surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems for monitoring purposes.
- Provide first aid or CPR assistance when necessary.
Skills
- Proficient in surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR procedures.
- Background in law enforcement or military service is preferred.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
- Familiarity with security systems, including CCTV operation.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
