1. SUMMARY
Metalor Technologies USA is looking for a Floating Security Officer to provide security for Metalor’s assets and personnel. The Security Gaurd will work between the North Attleboro and Attleboro sites to fill in as needed. This is a Full Time position.
Details:
- Flexible schedule required - Shifts will vary week to week.
- Own transportation needed to travel between sites.
Will provide coverage for all shifts - 1st, 2nd & 3rd
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma, GED, or required experience for the position.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Leadership skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Effective written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple duties.
- Independent judgment skills required.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience as a security guard preferred.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
TYPICAL DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
- Continuous monitoring of CCTV.
- Learn to monitor operation of dispatched Metalor transportation vehicles.
- Learn how to gross weigh designated outgoing products.
- Learn how to perform certain production checks as required.
- Assume control of employees, vendors, customers, and visitors entering and leaving production area, to include scanning when necessary.
- Learn how to prepare shipping lists and enter information into in-house computer system.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform other duties or assignments as required by the Director of Security.
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.
- Must be able to stand and sit for long periods of time.
- Must be able to twist, bend, and reach.
- Must be able to follow all of the company’s safety and environmental policies and procedures.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
