Duties
- Monitor and patrol residential premises to deter unauthorized access, theft, and vandalism.
- Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems to oversee common areas, entrances, and perimeters.
- Manage access control by verifying identities of residents, visitors, contractors, and service personnel.
- Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, including medical situations requiring CPR or first aid.
- Enforce community rules and resolve conflicts through effective conflict management techniques.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks for accountability.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary to ensure safety protocols are followed.
Experience
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV and loss prevention strategies is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to handle conflict situations calmly and professionally.
- Familiarity with security procedures, access control systems, and basic emergency response protocols.
