Duties

- Control access for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors, verifying identities and issuing passes as needed.
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to identify potential security breaches or safety hazards.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents by coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
- Manage conflict situations with professionalism and calmness, de-escalating disputes and ensuring safety for all parties involved.
- Perform first aid and CPR when required, providing immediate assistance in medical emergencies until professional help arrives.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks to ensure accurate record-keeping for audits and investigations.
Experience
- Prior experience in security or law enforcement is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with surveillance techniques and conflict management.
- Training in first aid, CPR, and emergency response procedures is preferred to effectively handle medical emergencies.
- Knowledge of CCTV operation, loss prevention strategies, and security protocols enhances your ability to safeguard assets.
- Military or law enforcement backgrounds provide valuable skills in discipline, situational awareness, and crisis management.
