Job Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Armed Security Guard to uphold safety and security across our premises. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for protecting personnel, property, and assets by maintaining a visible security presence, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding swiftly to incidents. Duties
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of all individuals involved.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and alarms to identify potential security breaches.
- Maintain accurate records of security-related activities, including incident reports, logs, and daily activity reports.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency responders as needed.
- Participate in training programs and drills to enhance skills and readiness.
- Report incidents and safety hazards accurately and promptly to our dispatch center.
Requirements
- State of New Hampshire Armed Security License
- AXON X26P Operator Course
- American Red Cross "Basic Life Support Course"
- Active Shooter Course
- High School Diploma or GED
- Military Preferred
- Law Enforcement Preferred
- Armed Security Experience Preferred
- Prior Hospital Experience Preferred
- Ability to Pass a Background check
- Ability to Pass a PT Test
- Ability to Pass a Drug Screening
