Security Reconnaissance Team, Inc. is hiring a professional
Overnight Security Officer to provide a strong, visible presence and maintain a safe, secure, and orderly community environment. This role is ideal for dependable individuals who take pride in their
appearance, reliability, and attention to detail.
Pay & Schedule:
- $16.00 per hour
- Overnight Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular foot patrols of the property, parking areas, and amenities
- Monitor and control access points, preventing unauthorized entry
- Perform lockups and unlocks of community amenities, including pool areas
- Address noise complaints, disturbances, and rule violations
- Maintain safety by identifying and responding to suspicious activity or threats
- Assist with resident lockouts and basic service calls
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and calls for service
- Immediately report critical incidents (safety issues, injuries, property damage, etc.)
- Communicate effectively with team members and onsite personnel
Requirements
- Valid Level II Non‑Commissioned (Unarmed) Security License
- Neat, professional appearance required at all times
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Ability to work independently overnight
- Reliable transportation and working phone
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
