Are you a vigilant and dedicated individual with a passion for safety and security? Join our team as a Level II Security Officer, where your role will be key in safeguarding our clients' facilities, staff, and visitors. We are currently seeking Level II Security Officers. Level II means that you will have additional training and be certified to carry a taser, pepper spray, and/or handcuffs. We provide all of the equipment as well! As the first line of defense, you’ll ensure our clients' premises remain secure and free of disruption, offering a safe environment for all.
What You’ll Do:
- Stay Vigilant: Regularly patrol the facility to maintain order and demonstrate your presence.
- Control Access: Monitor and authorize entry of vehicles and personnel to the property, ensuring only authorized individuals are allowed access.
- Prevent and Protect: Detect and respond to suspicious behavior or unauthorized activity, ensuring the safety of all individuals on-site.
- Secure the Premises: Close and secure exits, doors, and windows after operations to ensure complete facility safety.
- Monitor Surveillance: Regularly review surveillance footage to detect any disruptions or criminal activity and take action accordingly.
- Investigate and Respond: Proactively investigate suspicious activity, assess situations, and respond to alarms with a level-headed approach.
- Assist & Apprehend: Provide assistance when needed and follow legal protocol to apprehend and detain individuals involved in unlawful activities until authorities arrive.
- Keep Records: Submit thorough daily reports detailing all surveillance activities and any noteworthy events.

Preferred Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Previous experience in security or law enforcement is a plus
