Seeking a reliable, professional, detail-oriented guard who takes pride in maintaining a safe, secure, and a liability-free environment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong observation skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle situations calmly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor property, common areas, 4 pools, 2 parking lots
- Enforce community rules and regulations, including parking and pool bands
- Observe and report suspicious activity or incidents
- Provide a visible security presence to deter violations
- Write clear and accurate incident reports
- Deliver professional customer service to all
Schedule Requirements
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable attendance is critical
Minimum Requirements
- Professional appearance and demeanor with uniform shirts provided
- Reliable transportation and working cell phone
- Clear criminal background and ability to pass a drug screening
- Strong communication and observation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior security experience (HOA, resort, or gated community experience is a plus)
- Retired law enforcement or military encouraged to apply
