Position Overview
We are seeking reliable, professional Security Guards to join our team in Hibbing, Minnesota. Positions are available for 2nd and 3rd shifts Monday–Friday, and all three shifts on weekends. Guards will provide site security, maintain safety, and support staff employees with overall client management.
Shift Availability & Times
- 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Duties
- Maintain a visible security presence and ensure the safety of personnel, property, and visitors.
- Conduct regular patrols, monitor CCTV systems, and document observations.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies following company protocols.
- Complete detailed written reports for all security-related activity.
- Enforce site rules, access control, and visitor/employee verification.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and law enforcement when required.
- Proficiency in surveillance techniques utilizing CCTV and other security technology systems
- Certified in first aid, CPR, AED
- Excellent conflict management skills to resolve disputes calmly and professionally
Pay: $21.50 - $22.75 per hour
