As an Unarmed Security Officer, you will be part of a security team that supports critical facilities and infrastructure, public venues that requires an enhanced presence and asset protective services. This position an integral part of the broad spectrum of specialized security services Inter-Con provides its clients every day.

Job Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned areas on foot or in a vehicle
- Monitor entrances, exits, and access control points
- Verify identification and authorize entry as appropriate
- Observe and report suspicious activity or security concerns
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies
- Complete detailed and accurate incident reports
- Monitor CCTV and security systems when assigned
- Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and guests
- Enforce site policies and security procedures
- Protect company property and assets
- Perform additional security duties as assigned
Officers may be required to stand or walk for extended periods, climb stairs, lift up to 50 pounds, and respond quickly during emergency situations.

Qualifications
Candidates must:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a High School Diploma or GED
- Have reliable transportation
- Be physically capable of performing assigned duties
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Meet all applicable state licensing and certification requirements
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
Licensing Requirements
Applicants must possess all required state licenses and certifications required for Unarmed Security Officers in the state where assigned.
