Summary:
We are hiring Security Guards for industrial and plant locations near Fort Wayne, providing access control, patrols, and incident response for facilities operating multiple shifts. Guards will help maintain a safe work environment and protect client property and personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Control site access for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery drivers.
- Conduct regular patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking lots, and perimeter fencing.
- Monitor cameras and alarm panels, respond to disturbances, and escalate incidents as required.
- Write clear incident, shift, and safety observation reports.
- Support emergency response procedures (medical, fire, evacuation) in coordination with plant leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Indiana security license (if applicable) or ability to meet local security requirements.
- Prior security, military, or industrial experience preferred but not required.
- Comfortable working in outdoor/industrial environments and in PPE when required.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
