🕒 Schedule: Full Time | Weekends & Holidays Required
💵 Pay: $9-12/hr (Bi‑Weekly)
POSITION SUMMARY
Bolt Security Company is seeking dedicated Level II Non‑Commission Security Officers to join our team. Officers provide visual security, patrol facilities, control access, and support staff and visitors to maintain a safe and secure environment. On‑the‑job training is provided, and we help you earn your Level II certification within 30 days of hiring.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Texas Driver’s License
- Ability to pass a background check & drug test
- Provide immunization/vaccination records
- Strong communication skills in English
- Willingness to complete Level II certification within 30 days
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Patrol & Observation — Maintain visibility, conduct rounds, respond to suspicious activity
- Access Control — Monitor entry points and verify identification
- Incident Reporting — Document daily activities and report incidents
- Deterrence & Order — Deter criminal activity and maintain order
- Emergency Response — Assist during medical or urgent situations
- Customer Service — Provide escorts, directions, and support
- Facility Support — Lock/unlock buildings and ensure doors/lights are secure
TRAINING & CERTIFICATION
- On‑the‑Job Training provided by experienced officers
- Certification Support to complete Level II within 30 days
