Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and professional Unarmed Security Officers to join our team in Reno/Sparks, Nevada. This position requires strong customer service skills, professionalism, and the ability to maintain a safe and secure environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible security presence
- Conduct routine patrols (vehicle and/or foot patrol)
- Monitor property and report suspicious activity
- Complete accurate incident and daily activity reports
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies
Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years security guard experience required
- Open availability, including weekends
- Must be comfortable being a flex/on-call officer
- Strong customer service experience required
- Valid Nevada Security Guard Work Card issued by the Nevada Private Investigators Licensing Board
- Valid Nevada driver's license with a safe driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a variety of weather conditions
