Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough access control checks using advanced access control systems to verify identities of attendees and staff
- Perform continuous patrolling of the event premises to monitor for suspicious activity and ensure safety protocols are upheld
- Utilize CCTV surveillance equipment to oversee event areas and identify potential security threats in real-time
- Write detailed incident reports documenting any security breaches, accidents, or unusual activities during the event
- Manage conflict de-escalation techniques to resolve disputes peacefully and maintain a safe environment for all participants
- Assist with heavy lifting and manual handling tasks as needed for equipment setup or crowd management
Skills
- Background in military service ,law enforcement and security
- Strong understanding of physical security measures including fire safety, loss prevention, and firearm handling (for armed guards)
- Excellent communication skills for incident report writing and customer service interactions
- Skilled in conflict management and de-escalation techniques to handle challenging situations professionally
- Knowledge of compliance with security regulations and heavy lifting safety standards
