Responsibilities

Monitor facility and entire resort, security cameras and surveillance systems to observe activity and identify potential issues.
Control access to the premises by verifying identities of employees, visitors, and contractors.
Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter theft, vandalism, or unauthorized entry.
Respond promptly to alarms or suspicious activity, escalating concerns to law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks for record-keeping purposes.
Assist in conflict management by calmly resolving disputes or disturbances on-site.
Support loss prevention efforts through vigilant observation and intervention when needed.

Qualifications

Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred but not required. CLEET certification preferred.
Knowledge of surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems and alarm protocols.
Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable to effectively respond to medical emergencies.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Familiarity with security procedures, loss prevention strategies, and emergency response protocols.
Excellent observational skills combined with clear communication abilities.
