Duties

Control access points by verifying identities of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the facility
Respond swiftly to emergencies
Conduct patrols throughout the property to deter theft, vandalism, or unauthorized entry while maintaining a visible security presence
Manage conflict situations with professionalism and tact, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate disputes effectively
Perform security checks including inspections of personnel, packages, and equipment to prevent loss prevention issues
Complete detailed incident reports and shift logs accurately to document all activities and incidents during your watch

Skills

Excellent conflict management abilities with a calm demeanor under pressure
Ability to operate security equipment such as access control systems and alarm panels
Exceptional observation skills combined with attention to detail for thorough patrols and inspections

Come work for the best company in town at the Iron Wolf Golf and Country Club. We are in need of pool security guards to ensure the safety of our guests as well as check bags at check in. Hours from 11am - 6pm. We are also in search of a night time security guard to work from 6pm to 2am checking the golf course and clubhouse for any trespassers and monitor special events.

Both positions must be flexible with days working based on business needs.

Salary based on experience.

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
