Job Title: Security Protection Specialist

Dominus Protection LLC is seeking elite, highly disciplined

Security Protection Specialists to join our strategic security team. The successful candidate will

be responsible for maintaining a sophisticated and secure environment for our high-profile

clients, personnel, and assets. This role demands exceptional situational awareness,

professional de-escalation mastery, and a rigorous commitment to upholding industry-leading

safety protocols in accordance with State and Federal standards.

Core Responsibilities

● Tactical Oversight: Monitor premises through proactive patrols and advanced

surveillance systems to detect and mitigate potential threats or unauthorized activities.

● Incident Management: Respond with precision to alarms and critical incidents,

performing rapid situational assessments and executing appropriate mitigation

strategies.

● Regulatory Enforcement: Maintain strict compliance with site-specific rules and

regulations to ensure the safety and order of all individuals on-site.

● Emergency Response: Serve as a primary first responder in medical or safety

emergencies, including the administration of CPR or First Aid/AED services when

required.

● Professional Documentation: Generate comprehensive, detailed reports regarding

daily operations, security breaches, and tactical incidents through our designated mobile

reporting application.

● Liaison Duties: Collaborate professionally with law enforcement agencies and

emergency services, providing clear and actionable information during official inquiries.

● Asset Protection: Execute strategic loss prevention measures to safeguard client

property and minimize the risk of theft or vandalism.

Mandatory Qualifications

● Professional Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of prior experience in

professional security, law enforcement, or military operations is strictly required.

● Security Licensure: Must possess and maintain all valid State Security Certifications

and licenses required for the jurisdiction of service.

● Firearms Certification: Must possess a valid Armed Security/Firearms Certification

and demonstrate ongoing proficiency and compliance with all legal carry requirements.

● Medical Experience - CPR, AED, and or First Aid/Basic Life Saving.

Required Skills & Attributes

● Conflict De-escalation: Mastery of verbal de-escalation and conflict management

techniques to resolve tense situations professionally.

● Technical Proficiency: Essential familiarity with high-end surveillance equipment,

CCTV systems, and the ability to utilize brokerage-specific software for real-time

compliance and reporting.

● Professional Composure: Ability to maintain absolute calm and decisive action under

high-pressure or emergency conditions.

● Observational Excellence: Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle

indicators of security risks.

● Dominus Protection is a premier brokerage firm; all assignments are client & contract dependent. Must have a current and valid CSOS filing and insurance to be eligible to work with our firm.
