Sherman Antone Inc. is a small business in Houston, TX.
Sherman Antone is looking to approximatley 30 security officers for a new project starting in one to two weeks. Majority of shifts will be weekends and nights Ranging from the hours of 5pm to 7am. Must be able to work Within these hours as well as nights, holidays, and weekends.
Security officers will be required to pass a drug test and background.
We are hirino for level 2 and level 3 positions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide armed/unarmed security services to protect personnel and property
- Conduct patrols and monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or other illegal activities
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations in a timely manner
- Maintain a visible presence to deter potential threats
- Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering or exiting the premises
- Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activity
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records
Skills:
- Loss prevention: Knowledge and ability to implement strategies to prevent theft or loss of property
- Certificate: Possess a valid armed guard certification or be willing to obtain one
- Military or law enforcement experience: We are a veteran owned and operated company and veterans are encouraged to apply.
- CPR and First Aid: Ability to provide basic medical assistance in emergency situations
- Conflict management: Skilled in deescalating tense situations and resolving conflicts peacefully
