**Job Summary**
We are seeking dedicated and vigilant Security Guards to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of assigned premises, employees, and visitors. This critical role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, reporting and a commitment to protecting our assets.
**Responsibilities**
- Patrol the premises and grounds to prevent and deter any security breaches.
- Submit Written Reports
- Respond to incidents and emergencies, including fires, medical emergencies, and physical altercations.
- Conduct regular rounds to check for any potential security threats.
- Interact with visitors, employees, and law enforcement to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Provide first aid and CPR when necessary.
- Identify and report any loss prevention issues.
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement security procedures.
- Maintain a high level of situational awareness and make informed decisions in emergency situations.
- Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure effective surveillance and response.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Skills**
- First aid and CPR certification.
- Experience in loss prevention and security-related fields.
- Knowledge of law enforcement procedures and protocols.
- Ability to work in a militarized environment.
- Strong conflict management skills.
- Possession of a security D &/or G license Card, or equivalent to 60 college credits or two years of supervisor experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and observation skills.

Pay: $22.03 - $24.00 per hour
