Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Security Guard to join our team at Chang Fu Restaurant in Indianapolis. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safety and security of our restaurant, staff, and patrons while maintaining a friendly environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor the premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and other unlawful activities.
Conduct regular patrols of the restaurant to ensure safety and security.
Manage conflicts effectively and de-escalate situations as they arise.
Utilize surveillance equipment such as CCTV to monitor activities within the restaurant.
Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary.
Collaborate with local law enforcement when required for safety concerns.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.

Requirements

Proven experience as a security guard or similar role is preferred.
Certification in First Aid and CPR is required.
Strong surveillance skills with experience using CCTV systems.
Excellent conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly.
Knowledge of loss prevention techniques is an asset.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
