We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team during Collectors event in Cooper City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, including monitoring premises, enforcing rules, and responding to incidents effectively.
Duties
- Attend mandatory training call.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations.
- Enforce company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary and provide detailed reports of incidents or suspicious activities.
- Utilize conflict management skills to de-escalate potential disputes among individuals on the property.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
Qualifications
- Current Florida Class D Security License
- Must submit to background screening check.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
