JNow Hiring: Insured Security Guard – $19–$25/hr
Location: Dallas, Texas
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Hours | Night & Weekend Shifts Available
We’re a busy and growing dispensary/smoke shop in Dallas seeking a licensed and insured Security Guard to help maintain a safe, professional environment for our team and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor all entrances and exits during store hours
- Deter theft, loitering, and disruptive behavior
- Perform regular security sweeps of the premises
- Respond calmly and professionally to any incidents
- Work closely with management and authorities when needed
- Provide a strong and visible security presence
Requirements:
- Valid Level II or III Security License (Texas)
- Must carry active insurance coverage
- Must be 21+ and able to pass a background check
- Dependable, alert, and good with people
Pay & Benefits:
- $19–$25 per hour, based on experience and shift
- Room for advancement and long-term placement
