We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to security, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and any potential threats are addressed promptly.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, ensuring the safety of individuals on the premises.
- Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to oversee activities within designated areas.
- Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Assist in conflict management by de-escalating situations and providing support as needed.
- Prepare detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and any irregularities for management review.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to ensure comprehensive security measures are in place.
Skills
- Proficient in first aid and CPR techniques to respond effectively in emergencies.
- Experience in law enforcement or military service is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of surveillance systems, including CCTV operation and monitoring.
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and ensure asset protection.
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail to identify potential security risks.
