We provide a tuition advance to support continued skills development, making it easier to obtain the next level guard card in the state of New Mexico. Employees can repay the tuition advance through payroll deduction while employed with Condor Security of America Inc.

What you’ll do
- Participate in Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 Guard Card training programs (unarmed and armed options may be available based on eligibility and regulatory requirements)
- Complete required coursework and pass certification exams for each level
- Apply newly earned guard credentials to security assignments and client sites
- Uphold Condor Security of America’s standards for professionalism, safety, and customer service
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Interest in pursuing Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 guard card certification
- Willingness to undergo background check and any required screenings
- Availability to participate in training sessions and on-the-job assignments
- Valid eligibility to work in the United States
- Must meet licensing prerequisites for Level 1-3 guard cards in New Mexico

- Condor Security of America Inc. offers a tuition advance to support continuation of skills and development for Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 guard card training in New Mexico
- Repayment: Tuition advances may be repaid through payroll deductions while you are employed with Condor Security of America Inc.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
