We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guards to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Monitor premises through regular patrols and Property and access controls for the front entry during the duration of their shifts
- Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access and ensure safety.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or disturbances, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations.
- Conduct thorough inspections of buildings and grounds to identify potential security risks or hazards.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report incidents or suspicious activities.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for record-keeping purposes.
Experience
- Previous experience in security,
- Familiarity with Access Controls
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail to identify potential threats or irregularities.
Hard Requirements:
- Experience Level Required: 1-3 years of security
- Type of Site - specialty homes/apartment facility to end homelessness
- General Duties
- All candidates for this position should be able to perform foot patrols for the property and access controls for the front entry during the duration of their shifts.
- Also, Greet residents and visitors with a friendly and professional manner
- Strong background in access controls and monitoring preferred.

Schedules #5: Sat, Sun 1500-2330 and Mon, Tues 2200-0630 (32 hours total)
Schedules #6: Sat & Sun 0600-1430 (16 hours total)
Schedules #7: Sat, Sun 1400-2230 and Mon, Tues, Wed 2200-0630 (40 hours total)
