What You’ll Do
As an Unarmed Healthcare Security Officer, you will:
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and employees.
- Perform routine foot patrols and monitor assigned areas for potential hazards.
- Respond quickly and professionally to incidents, ensuring safety and compliance.
- Uphold DSI and client policies, procedures, and post instructions.
- Provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions with clients, staff, and the public.
- Assist in emergency situations and support general safety initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
We want professional, dependable, and customer-service-oriented candidates with:
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Basic to intermediate computer knowledge.
- Ability to perform moderate lifting and work in all weather conditions.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 21 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Military/law enforcement background OR 5 years of verifiable security experience
- Reliable transportation and means of communication
- Ability to pass all background checks and drug screenings
