We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires keen observation skills, the ability to respond effectively to emergencies, and a commitment to upholding security protocols. The Security Guard will play a crucial role in preventing loss and ensuring the safety of the premises.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of the premises.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents,
- Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences for management review.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary and assist in investigations related to theft or other criminal activities.
- Enforce rules and regulations regarding safety and security protocols while managing conflicts effectively.
Hard Requirements:
Physically Capable- Go Up and Down Stairs, Walk for long periods of time
Work well with others- Team of 3 Guards
Local to the site - No More than 25 mi.
No issues with transportation or distance.
Customer Service Experience
Technically Savvy
Excellent Verbal & Written Communication
Be Able to Walk/ Stand for a Long Periods of Time
Experience Level Required: Some Experience (2+ Years)
Qualifications
- Previous experience in security,
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse individuals in various situations.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in high-pressure environments.
General Duties:
Hourly Foot Patrol with Checkpoint Scans
Documentation via electronic device throughout the entirety of the shift
Submit detailed reports with pictures

Foot Patrol Account (Security Officer)- 3 Day PT Schedule
Hourly Rate- 18.50
(Paid 30 min Meal Breaks- Waive Meal Break)
Schedule (Swing)
Saturday through Monday 6p-12a (6hrs X 3 days)
OFF Tuesday through Friday
Weekly Hours- 18 Hours
