Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding security protocols.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, ensuring the safety of all individuals on the premises.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure security measures are in place.
- Engage in conflict management techniques to de-escalate potentially volatile situations.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary and assist in investigations related to security breaches or incidents.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes.
Experience
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred but not required.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
