Position Overview
We are looking for full-time Security Guards to work at various sites throughout Brooklyn. This position is ideal for individuals who are attentive, dependable, and ready to take on the responsibility of protecting people and property on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor assigned posts and patrol properties to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activity
- Maintain a visible security presence to promote safety and order
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, disturbances, or emergency situations
- Manage building access, check credentials, and enforce entry policies
- Complete accurate incident and daily activity reports as required
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Active New York State Security Guard License (required)
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Ability to remain professional and calm under pressure
- Must be available for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Compensation & Benefits
