Job Description:
As a
Dedicated Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of residential buildings, client assets, and personnel.
Your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Providing peace of mind by being a visible and active security presence
- Conduct randomize foot patrols of the property and key areas
- Respond to dispatches, alarms and emergency situations
- Writing detailed incident reports, tour reports and summary logs
- Providing excellent customer service to residents, guests and staff
- Communicating and collaborating with local emergency service when required
Requirements :
- Prior residential or multi-building supervision experience preferred
- Must be able to conduct multiple foot patrol across various floors & buildings
- Routine reporting and documentation
- Customer service with residents and guests
