Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their properties. This role requires a proactive individual with strong observational skills and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. The Security Guard will play a crucial role in preventing loss, managing conflicts, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems, including CCTV.
- Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing first aid or CPR as necessary.
- Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, equipment, and access points to identify potential security risks.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required, providing detailed reports of incidents.
- Manage conflicts effectively while maintaining a calm demeanor in high-pressure situations.
- Assist in loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage to property.
Experience
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with surveillance equipment and conflict management techniques is essential.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and attentive at all times.
