A2A Security Agency Inc. is seeking experienced Luxury Retail Security Officers for prestigious designer boutiques across Lower Manhattan. This role blends professional presence, discreet customer service, and vigilant loss prevention to safeguard clients, staff, and high-value merchandise.
Responsibilities
- Provide a polished, welcoming front-of-house presence at store entrances.
- Control access for staff, vendors, deliveries, and authorized visitors.
- Deter theft through proactive observation and timely, discreet response.
- Maintain a calm, secure, and brand-aligned environment for clients and associates.
- Complete accurate daily activity logs and incident reports.
Requirements
- Valid New York State Security Guard License (mandatory).
- 3+ years of security experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, professional presentation, and attention to detail.
- Able to remain alert and on post for extended periods.
- Weekend availability is required.
