Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Per Diem Security Guards with an active LTC (License to Carry) to join our team. This position involves providing armed security coverage on an as-needed basis for special assignments, events, or coverage gaps.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and armed security presence at assigned locations
- Monitor premises, access points, and surveillance systems
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or incidents
- Enforce site rules and company policies
- Complete detailed incident and activity reports
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Requirements:
- Must possess an active Massachusetts LTC (License to Carry Firearms)
- Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability (days/nights/weekends/holidays as needed)
- Ability to stand or patrol for extended periods

We are hiring Per Diem Security Guards (Unarmed) for flexible on-call shifts. This position is ideal for experienced security professionals or those looking to gain experience in the industry while maintaining a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor assigned premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions
- Control access to facilities and verify visitor credentials
- Observe and report suspicious activity
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional conduct
- Prepare incident and activity reports as required
Requirements:
- Valid Massachusetts Drivers License
- Previous security experience preferred, but not required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
- Strong communication skills and situational awareness
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
