Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.

Duties

Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of premises.
Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
Utilize CCTV systems to monitor activities within the premises and report any irregularities.
Maintain clear communication with law enforcement when necessary.
Document all incidents, observations, and activities in a detailed report for review.

Experience

Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred but not required.
Certification in security training or related fields is advantageous.
Familiarity with conflict management techniques and surveillance operations is beneficial.
Knowledge of first aid procedures and CPR certification is a plus.
Experience with CCTV systems will be considered an asset.
A background in militarized security operations may enhance candidacy.
