Responsibilities

- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to ensure safety, identify hazards, and prevent theft or vandalism.
- Manage access control by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies by following established protocols, including administering first aid or CPR if necessary.
- Enforce security policies with professionalism, including conflict management and de-escalation techniques.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency responders during critical situations to ensure swift resolution.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Certifications in first aid, CPR, or conflict management are a plus.
- Knowledge of surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert over extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and the public.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally while maintaining a high level of integrity.
